James Le

Staff Coach

While James was late to soccer, his development with the City Islanders Academy Team when he got to high school helped to propel him to a successful senior year where he earned accolades including team captain, player of the year, first team selection, as well as all-state recognition. James went on to attend Eastern University in St. Davids, PA where he was a four-year starter and over his four years earned multiple all-conference selections along with team captain honors from his team his sophomore year, co-rookie of the year, as well as an all region selection.

After his time at Eastern University, James wasted no time getting into the coaching realm where he was an assistant coach for two years at Rosemont College under Coach David Carvalho. Along with that, James worked with multiple teams from FC Montco, Jeffersonville, and his first full time team GCVSA Jaguars. When it comes to his teams and team trainings, James focuses on 1.) Working hard for one another, 2.) Good sportsmanship, 3.) Enjoying the love of the game.

He prides himself in being able to teach the very fine details in the game that not many players think about that he believes helps players get to the next level. While he enjoys focusing on the individual with lot of technical work, James also enjoys discussing and mentoring those who are looking to play at the next level by being able to use his experiences to help those reach their goals.
