Jesse started working full time as a player development coach with the New York Red Bulls youth training programs. His experience included focusing and developing the skills and enjoyment of recreational players ages pre-K, and improving speed, agility, and quickness among elite players.

Prior to New York, Jesse worked with the Pocono Snow Juniors Soccer Club. He was also a trainer with his home club, Abington Youth Soccer.

While attending Millersville University Jesse first started volunteering as a trainer with Lampeter-Strasburg Youth Soccer and then briefly after college with Long Beach Youth Soccer in California.

Jesse was born in Sao Paulo, Brasil and came to the United States at the age of five. As a player, his youth clubs included the Pittston Stoners, Northeast Attack, Abington Lightning, Super Nova FC, and EPYSA ODP. Prior to graduating from high school, Jesse was selected to train and play in Argentina where he played against Newell’s Old Boys, Club Atlético Rosario Central, Club Atlético River Plate, and Club Atlético Boca Juniors. As a senior and team captain he also received the Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award, made the first team of the league and the All-Region team. Jesse went on to play collegiate ball at Kutztown University and Keystone College. While living in Yonkers, NY Jesse trained with the Lansdowne Boys Soccer Club reserves team.
