Matty recently joined the staff after graduating from Seton Hill University, PA with a BS in Sports Management. He also holds an Associates degree in Physical Education and Coaching.

Matty has played soccer at the professional and semi professional during his soccer career. Playing for Luton Town F.C. in England and the Pittsburgh Riverhounds in the PDL. He most recently finished his college career playing for Seton Hill, PA. You can see him in the PSAC record books for regular season shutouts whilst helping his team to a PSAC tournament appearance. He started 36 games in his 2 years with the Griffins, with a 1.11 GAA and 0.744 save percentage.

Matty has enjoyed coaching at the college and club level. During 2016/17 he was the Goalkeeper Coach for the men and women teams at Seton Hill University. He was the Head Coach of Beadling U11 Girls and he spent some time in the Pittsburgh Riverhounds academy coaching their Goalkeepers. He has directed and coached many goalkeeper clinics around the Pittsburgh area including ‘World Cup Soccer Camp’ at St Vincent and ‘Side Panel Soccer’.
